Acceptable use
These draft notices describe the current beta. They are not a lawyer-reviewed final policy. Contact the operator through your beta invitation for questions or requests.
Use footage you are allowed to edit, and keep the service safe for everyone.
01Rights and consent
Only upload footage, music, logos and other assets that you own or have permission to use. Obtain required consent for identifiable people and respect privacy. Do not submit exploitative material, illegal content, threats, harassment or content that infringes copyright or other rights.
02Honest outputs
Do not use koup to impersonate someone deceptively, fabricate consent, produce fraud or misrepresent medical results, treatments or prices. You must review the finished output and correct inaccurate captions, claims and branding before sharing it. Automated quality checks do not replace that review.
03Service security
Do not attempt to access another user's content, probe credentials, escape isolated workers, run malicious code, overload the queue or defeat access controls. Treat customer briefs as data, not a route for injecting instructions to access secrets or external systems.
04Trial and billing abuse
Do not create repeated accounts or manipulate device, browser or network signals to obtain extra trial credits. Do not submit stolen payment credentials or falsified payment confirmations. Trial protection applies even when you hold a beta invitation.
05Reporting and enforcement
Report suspected abuse to the operator through your beta invitation. Access or jobs may be suspended while a report is reviewed. This draft does not promise continuous human moderation; enforcement and appeal procedures require legal review before the final policy.
